Our medical practice has grown through patient referrals and high standards of medical care. The following position(s) are available at this time:
  • Clinic/Medical Practice Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY: Full Time with benefits at fast-paced Orthopedic practice. Managerial experience necessary. Orthopedic experience preferred. Duties include staffing, practice flow, patient relations, administrative support in both front and back offices. Computer skills required. Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory processes in a medical practice needed. The Office Manager will have primary responsibility for daily operation of a fast paced Orthopedic practice. Responsibilities include but not limited to: daily medical and clinic office operations, patient and physician scheduling, inventory, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

Administrative
  • Ensure compliance and oversight: CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA
  • Work with practice administrator and doctors to maximize patient flow and staff efficiency
Human Resources
  • Oversee and manage all staff members in each department
  • Administer reviews in conjunction with other managers or physicians
  • Maintain employee records
  • Recruit employees, as needed and process new hire’s paperwork
  • Revise and implement Employee Manual
  • Hold weekly staff meetings
Information Technology
  • Manage technology needs
  • Log cases with practice management software requires  knowledge of office EMR
Communications, interpersonal relations and characteristics
  • Extremely efficient, organized, resourceful and analytical
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Motivated, energetic, great work ethic
  • Integrity, discretion and loyalty
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Friendly and welcoming in patient interactions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years practice management experience in a medical practice. Not required, but a plus
  • Working knowledge of Orthopedic terminology, procedures, products
  • Required experience: Medical Office Management: 3 years
